The theta level or should I say theta waves are waves that the earth emmits. Your brain can emmit these waves, also. When it does, the theta level is present. When you are at this level, you only think about the present. This way you learn more, even if you think you are not learning anything. It just sticks. Some people say that when they are on the theta level they can feel vibrations. Not all people feel this, but I always feel vibrations when I do it. I guess it’s just a personal thing.
