Day after Thanksgiving sale.

Well, I just experienced (for the first time) some crazy bargain hunters. This morning at 2:00 AM I went to a local Wal-Mart to attempt to get a computer for my aunt. It was crazy, let me just say that I have never seen the parking lot FULL before today. I personally do not think it was worth me being there that early, but my aunt just had surgery, and she was unable herself, so what’s family for… There were people jumping in front of people, and snatching stuff so fast. The whole pallet of computers disappeared in maybe 5 seconds at most, but I got what I came for.

I was wondering if anything like this has every happened to anyone else. A friend of mine bought 2 laptops at our local Wal-Mart that were on sale. One was for him and one was a gift. The laptops were supposed to have a halfway decent AMD processor, and when he got them home, he realized they had a not so decent Intell processor. The laptops were advertised on TV and on the internet having the AMD processor, and there was nothing that the store could do except do a refund. Is that not wrong? I am sure some people didn’t realize it until after they started using the computer, thus making the computer unable to return.
